Description

The Qualtrics Research Core is a user-friendly, feature-rich, web-based survey tool that allows users to build, distribute, and analyze online surveys, collaborate in real-time, and export data in multiple formats.  Penn's license includes the Research Suite, Data Science & Analytics, Unlimited Responses, Advanced Quotas feature, API feature, File Upload feature, Offline Mobile App feature, Salesforce Integration feature, and Signature Question Type Feature.

Qualtrics Research Core is available to the participating School/Center's faculty, staff, and students.

Note: Qualtrics is currently not FERPA or HIPAA compliant.

License Year:One-year annual license
Platforms: Various
Distribution:Users go to http://upenn.co1.qualtrics.com and log in with a Pennkey to access the Qualtrics site and create an account. Individuals from participating Schools/Centers who create accounts and produce surveys will be included into the billing calculation for usage by those Schools and Centers at the end of the FY.
Usage:The Qualtrics Research Core may be used for Penn-related academic purposes, administrative purposes, and academic research. Any other use, particularly commercial use, is strictly prohibited.
License Key: There is no unique key. Usage is restricted to those with a Pennkey who are from a contributing department.

For account settings changes (changing ownership of a survey, unable to share a survey), contact OSL. Users can also contact Qualtrics Support at support@qualtrics.com or 801-374-6682.

SAS students can contact qualtrics-help@sas.upenn.edu for support.
Wharton students can contact support@wharton.upenn.edu or call 215-898-8600 to get set up with an account.
